Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 17 8:56 pm)
Hiya Goog's,
Are you using another program now to model in, or working all within poser? I use 3ds max and blender to create my morphs and models. These are some simple prop morphs. What to do is export from poser the model in .obj format. Then I used blender to move the mesh to it's morphed status, and save as a new .obj file. That is then loaded into poser as a morph target.
I know this is real brief. But if it is what your looking to do, we'll break it down some.

yes, it's possible to make drawer morphs in poser, but it will be difficult to make all the parts of the furniture in poser. see geep's tutorials for more info on this.Thank you both!!! Harrgunn. I have 3d max,But I dont use it at all cause I got so use to Poser. But if it helps me figure this out Ill totally use it. I just got blender and Im gonna try what you said. I would Luv If you could break it down a little more. But this is Awsome!!! Thanks

It uses older software, but all the principles and techniques still apply. I suppose I should get around to updating it one day.Attached Link: "Four Drawer File Cabinet" tutorial compliments of Dr Geep Studios

Hi!! Ive been using Poser for about a year and Ive been having a hard time making my own props like drawers that open and close. Or like I made a couple faces in Facegen, and you cant bring the face morphs in poser. I was thinking If I knew how to open, morph, and close things I could make there facial features move. So my question is '' how do I make my own furniture or moving parts on my own creation? Do I need another program? What might I need to do to make a face I made in Face gen have facial exspression. THANKS!!!!
