Hey all =D

i just about jumped outta my skin a few minutes ago.. as a general rule, I don't watch television... but I was at my neighbor's, and their's was on, and i happened to look up as a commercial for a local beauty supply place came on....

and there was a poser girl!  don't ask me WHICH one - i THINK it was Victoria 2 (it went by too fast for me, and my jaw was on the floor)

I'm trying to get ahold of the place to find out who did the commercial (which was well done for something you could tell wasn't "national", so i can then find out WHICH figure it was, and WHO did the short animation sequence (finding fellow poser-addicts around here is like pulling hen's teeth)....

hmmm... coulda been posette..... but..

i remember some kind of funky hat, short hair, and those wierd joints (on third thought, coulda been Vic 3- but somehow, i think not.... the face.. i dunno)..

i need a copy of that commercial to look at closer LOL

i'm pathetic grins
but, i had to share (i've seen poser-related figures in magazines before, but not on TV - and not in a low-budget commercial!)

Rarer than a hairy egg and madder than a box of frogs....

If you can provide proof of one of their products being used in a commercial  IE: a picture or video, and submit it to DAZ they will give you a voucher to their store if you are the first to bring it to their attention. I think it's $10.00 or something.

grins - yup.. its why I'm trying to track down all the info, and get a copy of the video.

besides, i'm curious.... i want to learn poser's animation, but i just can't wrap my mind around any of the helpful tutorials... i need to actually watch, and i'm hoping this person would be so kind as to let me study animation under them.

Ever have one of those, "this just feels right" moments?

grins
thanks, Acadia - i enjoy reading your posts, btw..... you've answered quite a few of my questions without me having to ask them =D
