Hi all I got the scanner to work again!!! So here is the picture I would have posted TWO days ago when it was not working. Pentax IQ zoom, Kirckland 400 film, minimal photoshop retouch. Bsteph

I thought I heard a distant Bang! Lol. Nice pic. (oooh - is that a UFO about 3/4 the way across at the top?? Zoom in.zooom in!)

Not a problem. You cleaned things up nicely. The white speck 3/4 of the way across the top is probably something present on the negative. It's present in the original picture. Remember folks this is 400 speed film here. Thanks Alpha for helping me out. I'll try to fix this one up and repost it in a couple of days. This place is truely little too expensive for my taste. But the sunsets are simply not to be missed. Bsteph

Beautiful pics, both of them. That red color is fantastic. Mostly pollution in clouds, so they say, but still beautiful. .n

Yup. My place has quite a view. I figure I should get some more good sunsets for the next couple of days. It's pretty hot here. Mix that with the pollution and you should see some wonderful colors. I realize that red seem otherworldly but honest. I didn't play with the color levels any. Bsteph
