Subject: Poser 7 Morph Tool Gone

Anyone with a clue to why when you click the Morph tool the dialog to use it does not open? It did at one time then disappeared.

Does it work if you just opened Poser, with no content in the scene? If not, you may want to try reverting to Factory State in Edit -> General Preferences.  If THAT doesn't work, it may be that one or more of the .XML files that define how each Poser window is drawn has been damaged or deleted (reinstall if so).
