Well been working on this one for a bit  now and still feel like i could do so much more with it... It was created in wings3D... I would upload a wireframe but cos it's been smooted off it's too hard to see lol....

But if you still want to see it let me know... well anyone I'm looking forward to your thoughts on it and any ways of importing it any more...

speak soon

not bad a'tall. You might also post this in the Wings forum, you'll get more specific answers there.
Only thing I see is that there's  the driver's place, looks like it might be in the top pic. One trick is to make the front panel transparent (in Bryce), and pop a small radial light in there. just an idee.

Looks like you've got hardening edges down fairly well, it works in Bryce (though not as much in Poser). Bryce will try a little smoothing of angles, though not as much as Poser.  You've come quite a ways since you started posting, and the hard work is showing through.

Another thought might be the tubes connecting the outboard engines to the central portion. Maybe flatten them on the Y axis to give it a more 'winglike' look (for that matter, you can just grab the faces on the outboard engines and move them around as you like. Just don't save unless you like the result..;)

The thing I haven't mastered yet (and is worth a look) is UVMapping the exterior to have all the wicked signs, symbols, and verbiage that will make it look 'cooler'..;) Also, you can add textures that have far more detail than you can comfortably model (like I keep forgetting to do).

keep up the good work.

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

anahl nathrak uth vas betude doth yel dyenvey..;)

I like the look to it.....   I'm glad you did not put useless in space wings on it.....    Try other textures...

Yeah, some wings / fins, something to break up the super smooth texture. And for the materal? A little more 'rough'. not so smooth. And color would not look too bad. Really great model.

And I'm sure the space pilot will think the same thing when he's descending from orbit and the anti-gravity thingamabob fails or doesn't exist to begin with.  Heheh.  Anyhow there's plenty of room for spaceships of all types, some of them just aren't very servicable for re-entry and intra-atmospheric duty. (Or at least that's the case if anti-grav doesn't exist in the world you're rendering.)

Also I'd think that the structural connection from the engine pods to the fuselage structure should be more substantial. Or at least they should if the thrust loading is significant.

Well the T-Fighter dosen't have to worry about re-entry.. As it's use only in space, It's launched from a command carryer and is use as a long range scouting unit... and on the subject of thrust effects and anti-gra, The T-fighter has the ability to disconnect it's two twin engines and run on it's main one. But in doing this it's loses a lot of it's thrust, but gains better mobility. Yet the T-fighter only dose this in a full on attact where the options of running is out of the pictuer...
