Subject says it all - I went to pay for an order, using a CC, Paypal gave me an error. Not surprising - looking back another order from DAZ3D about 20 minutes ago, also paid via Paypal (using a CC) had in fact fallen back on my bank account. I'm guessing Paypal's connectivity to credit card cos is acting up and they're pulling money out of people's bank account as their "backup". This'll make them very popular. Can anyone at Customer Support confirm? Normally my unpaid order would have a Paypal button under it so that I could...well, pay. No sign of it. Has this been temporarily been turned off due to Paypal's, uh, wackiness? Will it reappear when Paypal works? If not, can my most recent order be unlocked from limbo so I can try another payment method (i.e. one that works). Al

Hello,

I'm not sure what is going on with PayPal, but I know you can use the send money tab and send your payment to payments@renderosity.com to finish the order. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

I would do that but right now I don't trust Paypal to send the money from the source I tell it to use. Is there any chance you can just zap my most recent order, and I'll place it again, this time just paying directly with regular plastic? Order ID was 111279199 Thanks, Al
