Morph Magic does do this, usually successfully. I have known cases where the morphs have ostensibly been transferred to the "body" of the clothing, but where the full-body morph dials don't make a blind bit of difference. The same morphs, applied for the individual body parts, do work, but that, obviously, is more time-consuming. I don't know what causes that. It happens only in a small minority of cases, in my experience. Morph Magic includes some tutorials.

People have mentioned Morph Magic. I've tried copying morphs from a figure to clothing using morph manager. The morphs show up in the clothing, but do nothing when the dials are turned.
Can someone answer this clearly:
Is there a tool that transfers morphs from a character to clothing for that character? So that if a morph such as "pLegThin" for Hiro is applied, the pants will fit a Hiro with thinner legs?
Can this be done in Morph Manager?
Can the morph targets transferred to the clothing, using morph manager, be activated so that turning the dial does something?
Does Morph Magic do this?
I don't want to spend money on something like Morph Magic to find out it doesn't work, or that it requires hours of adjustment or rigging etc.
EXAMPLE: Copy morphs from HIRO to a pair of Hiro pants, so when I have a morphed Hiro the pants still fit?
Wardrobe Wizard copies to a morphed character, but the demo version only converts between characters that don't have morphs, so I can't test it for myself before purchasing it.
