I'm going to take a quick look at one of the demos and see what all is involved in adding in a custom deck. I know I had fun with the project and I think everyone else did too!

Well, I checked out a few things and looked at some web pages for info on doing it all, and it looks like in order to use any new decks, you have to buy the game and then put the deck together, which would require all of the pictures and resizing them to what the game requires for its decks. May have to consider picking it up now, since it'd be a shame for our cards to not get used now that there's something around for them.

I have the Mac OS version of Hardwood Solitaire, but I'm told that the Deck Press works only with Hardwood games for Windows. Therefore, I can't use the cards made by Renderosity members. I have, however, used Poser 4 to make two custom decks for Mike's Cards shareware by Mike Sedore (Mac OS only). Instead of 10-jack-queen-king, the four highest cards in my decks are daughter-son-mother-father.

Is there a URL where those of us that have participated in the playing cards can download all the cards? That would be most beneficial!

as a matter of fact, there is.....you might have to search the threads for "Playing Cards" to find it, but AprilSYH put a site up at point.....and i have almost all of them on my hard drive, so putting them up would be no big thing....as time allows, i'll be putting them into downloadable, printable format also........

Here is the link... Gee, Wolfwithin, you should have bookmarked it! AprilSYH is still updating it, I saw some new addittions. And AprilSYH, if you are reading this, it looks like the last card in the deck is gone.

hehe.....i should have......but......i've never been very swift about bookmarking ;) at least 70% of my favorite URLs are lodged in my head, and i tend to take that for granted....
