Angel - Thats when someone purchases a product via credit card and it is rejected by the credit card processing company after the purchase has been made. Clint

Not exactly Clint. It's when a legitmate purchase is made via credit card, and later the purchaser decides to dispute the charge with his credit card company.

Not only does it hurt Renderosity and the artist purchased from because the download has already be done, but oftentimes the credit card processing company charges a penalty fee on top of the chargeback. If too many chargebacks are done within a given time period, the processing company will charge a higher processing fee for each transaction or stop processing payments entirely.
