I purchased two products recently that I think need to be fixed and resubmitted for download. Both are sets for Victoria 4 and the nail and eye textures are all laid out improperly. The nails are placed backwards so the tip renders where the cutical should be and the irises are all mirrored so they render incorrectly as well. This means that each nail needs to be cut and pasted into the correct position and the iris on one side needs to be cut, flipped and repasted back into position. A lot more work then advertised and I guess the tester(s) needs to be updated about template layout for V4. Not sure but there may be more faulty sets in the MP that I just haven't purchased yet!

Hi first of all i want clarify two thing
 

1. for the nail  the nail not are out in a specific template is a merchant resource and if are able you need put it  in the right position

 2)  the eyes i use  it in mine own product and i not find any of the problem you tell but if you want why simply not rotate it.

Is an add on for  merchant resource not a complete  texture set that like i can see by mine report  if you have bough mine me other time  the eyes are all done in the same way and you are the only that have found problem, I can help you if you not know like rotate it this si what i can  but i think that before to put some in the forum you need ask at the merchant.

Sorry Orietta, I didn't get a notification of your response or I would have replied sooner.

Both sets are being advertised as merchant resources for Victoria 4.

1. If the nails were to be a non-character specific resource then they should not be advertised as being for V4 and they do match a specific template (just reversed), that  of V4.

2. The eyes are supposed to be identical not mirrored.  Yes it is a simple fix but I don't understand why products are in the marketplace that need to be fixed by the buyer.

If  I was having a problem figuring out how to use the product I would contact the vendor to ask for help but this was not the case. If you were going to help me by redoing the textures then it would make sense that the product be updated so that everyone could get the textures.

If I only contact you then the staff aren't aware of the issue. Since there is a bigger problem in the marketplace then just your set I think the testers need to be notified and made aware of what they are missing.
