He's way cute but he seriously needs to lay off of the steroids and also work on  muscles other than his arms (ok, minds out of the gutter!). They look like they're about to explode!

LOL! You sound like my old weight coach. Actually this happens all the time. Many guys get into the weight room and put so much on the upper body they forget about the rest of the muscules. They end up with great pythons but have no legs or mid sections. The last time I had long hair was 1978 it was past my shoulders and naturally curly..LOL! IT all died when I went into the service...LOL!!

That's what we call a 'beach body'... usually pumped up arns and scrawny legs :))
