Is there a way to give the Poser people multiple limbs?  I got my father interested in Poser 7, and he wants to add multiple arms that move independently of each other for an alien theme he's trying. 

I've managed to clone body parts and attach them for stills, but not for animation.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Not directly, and not with "Poser people," if I understand your meaning.

You'd need to either create a new Poser-compatible model with multiple limbs rigged with the necessary "bones", or else buy or commission one from a modeler (tends to be expensive, but then so are the best modeling programs).

It's been faked many times by parenting 20 poser figures together, and hiding the parts not needed to be seen.

yeah..there was an 8-armed Posette put out a number of years ago, but that's all I remember off the top of my head. (Posette is the P4 woman, and should be in your Figures directory...)

I meant 2 poser figures together.. there's a 4 armed freak out there and also a 6 breasted vicki if mammary serves...

Okay, thank you.  Looks like I have my work cut out for me. 

My bad. Yeah, you can fake a lot of things ... but faking it and then animating it? Sounds unpleasant.

Yeah, and he really is looking at me to help teach him how...
