Hi! I was recently informed that someone bought me a couple items as gifts for my birthday, but when I went to download, it said that I had exceeded the maximum number of downloads? Considering that I hadn't even downloaded them once, it makes me feel kinda uneasy even though I'm sure no one has been on my account.
