Subject: exporting poser objects/characters for use in games format

Hi All

I'm trying to export a poser character or object into a .3ds or .x file but poser exports the object fine but not the texture.

I'm trying to import the poser model into a games creation program that uses the .x format. If anyone the best way to do this so can can also export the texture map that'll be great.
thanks

Pretty much all poser content (E Frontier, DAZ3D,RMP Vendors) are all copywritten as such that the mesh (model) is not to be used in a manner like you are proposing.  And in all honesty Poser content is too high poly to be of good use in a realtime game environment.  Best bet is to look for FREE low poly meshes to use in your project.  If your game ever went to market with Poser content as it's main geometry (even secondary) you'd be up for a big ol' legal nightmare for copyright infringement!

Good luck on your project!!  Hope you can find some good models to use in it!
