Subject: crop circle terrain

does anyone know where i can find a crop circle terrain? ive got this idea for a cd cover w/an alien & i think the crop circle would make it look really realistic. thanx

Wishmaster, if you can't find one...you could always make one! :) Just open your favorite paint program and go from there...add a little bit of noise so that the elevation will be somewhat bumpy...or you could do this in bryce too! But as far as downloading one...I'm not sure... Jared

Photoshop lets you do that pretty easy.

hey EricofSD i got PhotoShop 6.0 but havent used it alot immore familiar w/PaintShop Pro. what do i use to go bout workin on the crop circles?

Wishmaster - you'll want to do it in grayscales...whites being high, black being low. As for the design of the crop circles...that's up to you. I drew one up lastnight and played with it a little bit in bryce, but couldn't ever seem to get the right texture on it. In general you'll want to use the drawing tools in PhotoShop, mainly the circle and the line tools. You might want to check out some simple Photoshop tutorials on basic drawing and such to fimilarize yourself with the tools it has. Well, good luck to you! Jared
