Wow, thanks! That was an awesome tip! I wouldn't have wanted to miss that.

By the way, whatever happened to DAZ's freebie section? I went back to try and find those great Drakkorian weapon freebies, but I can't find it now for the life of me.

For some reason Daz didn't put a link to their free stuff area. Not sure why!

Anyway, it's still there. I suggest bookmarking it.

They don't add to that section anymore though. They have "store" freebies where they are free for a day or two or sometimes a week and then on sale and then bumped up to regular price.

I try to check there daily.  I go to "3D Models" and "New Products and Promos" and "New 3D Models". Then I put a checkmark in the "on sale only" and that brings up the freebies and sale items.

Big problems with that file.  I get this message when I try to download it from my account:

We're sorry the file you are looking for no longer exists or has been moved.

Yes, I have contacted DAZ.  This is a heads up for anyone else having problems.

I got that too. But then I tried it a few minutes later and managed to download it fine.

on the other hand, I do thank you for the free stuff URL...lotsa missing stuff was there for the reloading. Now if I could only remember where I got Supertrooper, I'd be almost done...;)

I had no problems, with either the mac or pc file.

Its not showing the poser pc file but showing the poser mac and both files for daz for me with one download for the poser mac which I didn't even do :huh:

I downloaded one of them. It finally worked for me. I didn't try the others.

It's on the Daz forums that they changed the free items. They will only release items for free for a limited time and then after that you have to buy them.
