I guess I left off the wizard's bridges that are part of the set!

Here is a pic....

One level on each tower is "open air" - this allows you to connect the buildings. Our initial notion of this is that all the buildings except for the Tower of Illusion and Tower of Necromancy are in an "outer circle" - these two are inside, sort of facing each other.
