The awards were given to those who use Bryce, and only Bryce, to make pictures with. A slight amount of backsliding using Wings was permitted, but only just...;)

Hmmm, I don't know who is who in the heirarchy of the Church of Bryce, but I think you should be canonised for your ongoing work on your "Dan Dare" city scene. Saint rj001 anyone? Is AutoCad on the list of accepted and blessed apps? ;-) I'm one of those "heretics" that uses Wings, Carrara, and now Hexagon besides Bryce.

hehehe :) Have used Bryce since v2.0... I only know 10% of it is capable of :) Shame on me I guess.

Been using bryce since the year started with a 1. Love making pure Bryce (no imported anything) pictures. Never use freebies. Can Boolean with the best of them. Am in a long term relationship with the DTE. If I stop now I could probably be made GOD.

BUT.

I use Wings3d and 3D studio Max all the time. Have gone steady with every 3D app ever invented. From Imagine and Real 3D on the Amiga, through to Blender, Modo, and Maya today. I even used Poser until I read the warning stickers, "Repeated use of this product can my make you THINK you have talent." And, "Your I.Q drops (proportional to your artistic talent) every time you press render."  

SO.

On that basis I will just have to settle for ((( HERETIC. )))

Enjoying it?  Well I think so, but like everything can be frustrating at times.

To become a cardinal, you have to reach bryce guru status. I'm currently not aware of your brycean skills so i cant really judge ur guruness. Usually someone's considered a guru when most of the regulars here look up to them for their amazing crations.
This is why i cant call myself a cardinal :-P well, that and some sins involving mojoworld, terragen, various adobe products, blender, 3dsmax, maxwell, etc.
