I would guess it was this one: http://www.runtimedna.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=2936 -- maybe with some minor changes.

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye texture.

It doesn't seem the same one for me, but a great morph.

I decided to send a PM and ask. If I find out I'll post the answer here.

I don't know which morph it is but V4 can be mrrphed almost like it. here's an exaple of a V4 I did. Did this one in DS and exported as an object but haven't tried to do anything with it in poser. Is there a way to make INJ poses for it from a Daz Studio set? If so, i'll share it for free. :)

I heard back.

The morph is Temptation Tessa for V3 by Ilona

Hmmm.  I think Temptation Tessa is a partial rework of "Reina" which was by Ilona and lluque and  available here:

http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=33792

But now is available here at lluque's own store:

http://www.lluque.com/3dcart/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=57

The textures are different and so are the poses, but the morph looks the same to me.

It's the morph that attracted me, not the texture, so if I already have the morph...

Tessa and the original Reina are indeed the same body morph but have different faces.  Tessa, however, was made first.

She's in a couple of my gallery pics, one of which is here:

Contains nudity (sort of).

IMO the original images in the first post here -- and most V4 poses -- are destroyed by the models bad underarm cut. It goes up too high.

Here are my fix morphs if anyone wants them...

Thanks.

I don't really care for the face morph on either one, but the body morph is great.
