Okay, here's an ordinary, nothing special, photo taken with my digital camera and the WIP in using this photo as a 3D world for a fantasy image. This is still in the very beginning stages and I'm still playing with cloning parts of the original in the foreground, with colors and light but I think it's coming along well.

as finished as I could get, for now. I lack the skills to get the "dappled" lighting I desire so I settled for what I *can* do at this point.

What a fantastic image you have done. How long it took to pose these fairies? Really good work and nice details. I have played with this same idea for a while now. And just could not resist to play with your pic too. Sorry. ;o) Only problem with these is that plastic look of poser figures. So filters, sweet filters may help. .n

Thanks! The fae and unicorn poses were done from base poses that I have downloaded free and that have come with products. Still, it took about three hours to modify them and get the wings right. :) I like your filter effects but I also LOVE detail. I suppose my compromise to keep detail would be to make the leaves look more plastic and then the whole image would look more like an illustration rather than a composite. :) Love the font, too! ;)
