i don't want to cancel christmas. i meant that if we're gonna have a challenge for christmas we should also have a challenge for other holidays that are celebrated (at this time of year). Christmas means alot to many, but so do other holidays that are celebrated by other faiths. Remember there are many cultural holidays celebrated at this time of year - Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, to name a few... We should commemorate all and (have respect for) those who celebrate them. Maybe i didn't understand the OP -or- you didn't understand what i was saying ( which is ok, because hardly anyone does) please feel free to ask me any question regarding my reply.

Might I be so bold as to suggest that people create Christmassy scenes and post their work here?
It would be nice to see all the different scenes people think of... What comes to mind, what does Christmas mean to you in a photo... That sort of thing.
