Subject: how to have more than one figure in scene
Just do the same thing as you did when you loaded the first one. The new figure will appear in the centre of the scene. Just make sure you have the "body" part of the figure selected and then move it left or right using the "X Trans" dial Each new figure will be called "Figure2", "Figure3" etc.

Depends on how you have your preferences setup. In the figure library you can either replace the existing figure or add a new one ..
Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
just pee on it and walk away. :-)

I load one, move off-center (a good ways, to the edge), then load #2. Just make sure when you're adding clothing, etc that you remember to 'Conform to', then choose the appropriate figure. Hair (depending on author) can be a little more challenging. I've spent many an hour 'flying' hair from one place to the other. Sometimes Conform works with this, sometimes not.
Just try this stuff out, make mistakes, no harm done.

Quote - Select the figure you want to add from the Figures pallet by left clicking it onec, then use the double check mark at the bottom of the Figures pallet.
Oh yeah!! That's super important! I remember when I first got Poser 5 I had read the manual from front to back. and it said to use the single checkmark. Everytime I did it replaced the figure in the scene! Talk about frustrating! LOL
