Photoshop is probably the simplest way to go but otherwise I believe there are some smart propped tears for V3 and M3 available in the Marketplace.

Thanks I see how she did it and it helps allot. It will take me a while to learn how to do it, but you I've have to learn it some time. :)
If you want her tears to look like they're running through Mascara, there is a free Photoshop brush pack called "Pretty Blood" that make good tears.
If you're using photoshop, the simplest way is to make a new layer for the tears, select which brush you want, size it and then make the brush black. Then play with Opacity.
Also, the great thing about working with layers is you can edit the layer as much as you want without affecting anything else in your picture.
If you'd like, I can go dig up the site where I found those brushes for you.
Hope this helps!
Alright voices. Either you all learn how to take your turns talking, or I keep ignoring you. My head echoes too much for all of you to be shouting all at once...
Thank you Li-C, but I don’t have Photoshop yet. I’ll won’t be able to get it till early January since that’s when I will begin school and we all know buying it through the school is a lot cheaper, but even when I get it I still have to learn how to use it which I hope won’t take long. Thank you again though :)
I believe I saw one or two tear props by Aurora at poserclub... at least I think they're props.

I’m working on an image right now and I need to have tears running down her cheeks. How might I go about doing this?
