I don't understand it. I'm using IE7. There were two IE windows open, both for Renderocity. One had my shopping basket on.
I had been moveing items from my wish list to my basket and I clicked on V4 furry boots to read its description again. From there I went to another page that had different textures for the boots. This page showed there was a V3 version of the boots and I went to that page too and added them to my basket. At some point in this wandering a second window was opened and that window had my basket in it. It was a rendersocity page. I then clicked the checkout button and went through the various stages (billing address, payment method check order) and got to the fours step when an error occurred at the botton of the page (looked like it coudn't find some data). That's when I noticed no padlock and that the page was http and not https.
Could it have anything to do with having two windows open at once?
Secondly, have you received my order? I haven't got a confirmation e-mail and they're usually very quick to turn up.
Hi,
I don't think it matters if you have 2 windows open or not. I actually have 7 open at the moment :)
Your order has been received, and the cd burn will be done soon. Your confirmation email might be a little delayed due to the newsletter being pumped out right now. It sometimes lags the mail server temporarily.
Thank you for shopping at the MarketPlace.
Debbie M.
I have an order on my account with no items in it for $100.89.
When I clicked on my shopping basket it still contained the items I'd picked and when I processed it a second time to see what would happen the site was https & padlocked and the order progressed alright. I now have a second order on my account for $100.89 but with items.
And I did it with two IE windows open as before, so I can't recreate the error.
Please could you delete the incorrect order from my account.
Thanks.

when an order I placed didn't proceed correctly I noticed that the web page I was on didn't have the padlock symbol I'd expect to see (and used to see on Renderocity) and the web address was http: rather than https:
I am very concerned at this lack of secuirty in an on-line shop, particularly when it used to have that security. Has anyone else come across this when ordering?
