yes which company would u say has the best dvds when it comes to teaching photoshop...also what books could u suggest on purchasing so i can learn to texture fabrics...and skins

OUCH!... That's a hard one. All of those questions depend on how proficient you already are, and which version you have... Some people are better at learning from tech manuals, while others do better with  "lead-you-through-it" material. As for books and tutorials for texturing... we have all kinds of stuff, right here at Rendo. Have a look under the tutorials drop-down at the top of the page. Lou.

Jenstar, I think you're kinda rude, do you know anything about courtesy?  I really think not right now...   Consider at the very least saying a little thank you in all those other threads you started where you got several replies to your posts that all sound the same before making another new one where you pretty much ask the same ol' same ol'...

www.photoshopuser.com - $99 for a NAPP membership and they have TONS of links to everythig from training DVDs to training books, and thousands of online tutorials, and you get a yearly subscription to the Photoshop User Magazine - where there are, yes, MORE tutorials and advice and troubleshooting, and ads for training materials.

Here's the trick - you gotta actually take the advice and do it. I've posted this a FEW times for you and to the best of my knowledge you haven't even looked at it, or even TRIED to look at it.

Because if you DID, you wouldn't be asking anyone HERE for advice - this is not in ANY way a slam to the Rendo crowd - it's tutorial-gold there - ANYTHING she wants to learn she can find for free with a simple search.

I'm sure you've seen them here before. We usually give away a couple for the Renderosity contests.

A company I used to work for does DVD video tutorials. I actually did the tutorial for photoshop elements 5 and the new CS3. They are more for someone just starting out in photoshop but the company has tutorials for most of the photoshop software versions. Visit http://www.stacygajus.com/Pages/PhotoshopCS3.html This is the tutorial for CS3 and I am the voice on the demo. Again these are tutorials are more for someone just starting out with PS.
