Because, I tried to buy "Aerysoul's Alice" and I didn't see any 25% off my amount.

as mentioned in the first message "Alice and Justice will not offered at discounted price."

On the 21 all our store will show a 25% regular price except for Alice and Justice.
You don't have to do anything, the products will simply cost 25% less. As said though this will start on the 21st and will not include Alice nor Justice.

I feel kinda stupid doing this request

Im a pretty new DazStudio/Poser user. I dident find Renderosity untill December 1st 2007.

My problem is that i kinda missed Alice retro :(
I dident find her untill it was too late(17-25 December 2007)

I read that i would be forever too late after december 25th 2007.
But i would like to get Alice for V4 at almost any cost. She is very special looking compared to most other characters.

Do anyone has any suggestions on this one?

Or can anyone help me in this matter?

Unfortunately I think she is retired for good. This is the second time they temporarly sold her and I don't think it's going to happen again.

I begged the female half of AerySoul twice yesterday, for a possibility to get Alice.
She refused both times, telling me Alice was history on the sales board.

But i really hope you are right about it :D

apart from copyrights it might be ethically nice to avoid copying other people's creations and hard work.
We spent months finalizing Alice, wouldn't be lovely at all on your part to just clone her :).

Above all, what this world really needs (and mostly lacks) is respect.

I acually saw several female celebs on the daz3d webshop.
Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Veronica Beckham(spicegirl whatever).

I even saw George Bush president of the US of A for sale in some webshop. LOL
Think it was here on renderosity. But not sure.

I really wonder where the limit is?

Is it legal to model a toon in D|S or Poser that look 100% like a real life person, and actually sell it. Without getting the permission from the model to do it first?

Well.. it smells to me that there are not many limits on this matter.

Unless the artist asked the US government for permissions to model, 
Bush, he's clothes and the white house.
