Dear Friend: Can someone please tell me how I can use Poser to apply the geometry of Arnold Schwarzernegger to create Mister Schwartzernegger geometry on a Poser model? Thank you. Sincerely, Fidelity2.

Many of the male models have a bodybuilder or other muscle morphs . It would be a matter od dialing up those morphs to get a very defined muscled body.

For the face you can use FaceShop 3.5 from DAZ3D.as shown there.

If you're talking about Arni's face, then the news is not good.
Poser is not at the point where any reasonable likeness can be "dialled up" or injected to make a Poser figure look like anyone IMO.
The only good likenesses have been modelled by professionals who model for a living, and not for Poser.
Some claim FaceShopPro can easily make faces, but I can't do it and have not seen any evidence from others that it can.
If you want good likenesses like these (see link), you need to model it yourself.

this thread has some  good example of both but the faceshop page at daz i believe they use Arnold in an example see that to determin if it is what you want

Dear Friend: FaceShop rocks. But I am on a Macintosh. FaceShop Pro is only for Windows and not for Mac OS X. What equivalent can I get instead for my Macintosh? Thanks. Sincerely, Fidelity2.

moggadeet did a reasonable face morph for DAZ's "The Freak" figure

You could also use the Face Room already in poser too create it
Simon already have features close so the "dialing in" wouldn't be to hard
Apollo would probably look better buffed up though
that would make a good contest create a face in the Face Room within a certain time and who ever come the closes win
