I'm using poser 7 and ithe face room isn't recognizing any figures, not even Sydney or Simon. Was this a problem with p7 and I forgot to reinstall one of the fixes when I reinstalled poser, or did something get botched up and I need to re-reinstall p7?

I would try reinstalling the program. Make sure you save your runtime though!!!  After installing, don't just copy the whole runtime back, just the folders that contain your content.

Then install the patches. I think Poser 7 is up to SR2 now.

i had this problem after installling Apollo face room data
i contacted Tech support and their advice was to reinstall SR2
after doing this all seem to work fine it recognized all figures even Apollo
you may want to  re-run SR2 first to see if that work then if not reinstall P7 and all updates

Too late. I already did the re-install, but thanks. I'll keep it in mind incase there's a next time.
