Danny (danob) and myself are going to meet up on Sunday 9th March for a day at Bird World.  Now before anyone else says it, well are not dirty old men, they are the feathered kind!  If anyone else would like to come along please reply below or IM me.

Checking the dates again the first day you gave was in fact a Friday David so  the 9th is Saturday not Sunday which is better in any case

OK slight change of plan, Danny was getting confused so the date will now be **Saturday 8th March. **

ohh i'd love to come but its too far for me to travel,perhaps some other time if you come a bit closer to Wales LOL...

As know one has replied it does not matter. Danny and I have changed our plans we will now be going on Friday 22 February.  Meeting at 10am in the car park,.  If any one else can make it, the more the merrier.

That's a shame, I was just attempting to arrange dog care for the original date when I discovered the change! I'll keep looking in case I can  come in the end!

I definitely can't come on a Friday - I'd need to book time off work and that's a slight problem at the moment!!  Saturday's are a little difficult for me now also as I have a second job at a local bar on a Saturday night, but I can change that sometimes, with enough notice of course.

Never mind, I'm trying to book next week off work to catch up on some sleep and get some stress-relief after many family problems over the last few weeks... if I do, me and Carl may even try and get to one of Danny's bird sanctuaries - I'll let you know.

Thanks for letting us all know though David, it's good to keep with the meet-ups, even if only a few people can make it each time, it's all experience and good fun!!

That's a shame Chrissy.  I spoke to Carl he said you were working saturday nights.  So I thought changing to Friday would be better. OH well maybe next time

That's men for you.... assume they know what's best!!  I work full-time during the week so a week day will always be hard for me anyway whereas the weekends, that's just a secondary part-time job I'm doing and I can always try and swap the shift or just book the night off.  Never mind, at least I've got next week off work to get some serious R&R!!

Have fun the two of you anyway and remember to show us your shots.
