Subject: Who is the character in this banner???

I was just browsing through here and was struck by an amazing likeness between the character in this banner and someone who I happen to know. It gave me an idea for a birthday card I'd like to make for her, and I'd love to know what character this is based on, as well as where I could purchase her, the hair, and the textures. I'm not trying to plaigarize anyone's work here, It's just that it would be awesome to be able to make such a unique card for someone with such an uncanny resemblance. Anyway, thanks for any help....

Heh. I did the banner and used Victoria 2 with one of StefyZZ's textures.

The morph is a dial spin to make it look like one of Claire's friends, Helen.

The hair is Jim Burton's San Francisco hair.

Gimme a few and I'll hunt down exactly which texture I used.
