I think there was one through Sixus1's bunch (someone, I think, who went as 'dad), who did several different characters. not high poly, but might do in a pinch. Check out his site, I think there might be a link there...
I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

YeahI have the SIXUS Centaur but as I have always stated his creatures, though nice as they might be have their place but rendered next to a beautifully made MilFigure(even the old Posette and Dork) just do not seem like they were created by the same had of GOD. They lack a certain real world credibility for some reason. Whereas the Zygote Centaur looks closer in style to the human figures mentioned. Check out the DAZ forum for some views of centaurs in the works there. using the P4 Horse and a customized Posette and Mike2. Really Nice!
Yeah I know. I have been one of those asking, begging, praying for, threatening and trying to rig for my own needs. I got the ZYGOTE Centaur and loved it and used it a LOT all these years (see Pic) but I need for it to give me more. Either someone creates some good character morphs for it (fat Centaur, Young Centaur, Muscular Centaur) and many more face MTs. than it has as well as a female version (single mesh please) at the very least as good as it is out of the box or come out with a new version comparative in quality to any of the MilCharacters out there.

Hi All.
There is a thread open now over at DAZ forums about a centaur that was released by Zygote befor it branched off as DAZ for the Poser community that many are trying to bring back.
I know there are several out there and and am trying to locate them to post on the thread.
There is one by Nerd found here based on the P4 Horse and Posette. There is also one re-spliced re welded as one mesh using Dork and the P4 horse but no longer any mention of it here.
There is one that was a remap of the old Zygote Centaur and re-textured and though also posted here I can no longer find references to it.
If anyone here knows where any of these characters might be found or recall who may have created them, please let me know.
If there is anyone here who would at the very least want DAZ to release the old Zygote Centaur also go over to DAZ Forums and jump in and leave your note of interest. The more people who list their names as interested parties the better the chances of getting DAZ to try a re-release.
Keep in mind that what many of us prefer is the re-release but with more bells and whistles such as face and body morphs or a new head welded on that would make it look more realistic even using Mike2 would be find and man and horse body morphs and re-texturing for better rendering.
Some time ago someone at DAZ tried building one using Mike3 and the MilHorse but they failed to fix all the problems and just gave up. Great!.
A good solution would be to just embellish the already fairly good Zygote Centaur. It would be easier to accomplish and cheaper for them and sweet enough for all of us use.
