When I asked for that last order on paypal to be cancled so I could use my credit card, both payments went though. I got an email from paypal that sadi
"This email confirms that you have paid Bondware, Inc (payments@renderosity.com) $23.46 USD using PayPal."
And a statement from my back account showing that both a paypal payment and a credit/debit card payment, both to bondware, both on the same day. We have tried to contact paypal, we contacted my bank they told us to contact paypal. I can send all the information to someone if there is anything that can be done to help, but not sure who to send it to and what all would be needed, if there is a way here to fix this. Thanks for your time.
