How do you manage to convert the A3 clothes? I tired using scaling dials and just had a horrible time.

redtiger7,  I used Wardrobe Wizard 2 to convert the Aiko 3 dress . I had saved Aiko 4 as a Full Body Morph so when I converted the dress I coverted it to V4 and selected the Aiko 4 morph.

Newbie Question

I got Aiko 4 for Free (You can join the Artzone and it's free)  I have her installed and I found that nothing from Aiko 3 works for her.

The previous Vickie Morphs don't work on her.

I mean, is there a tutorial that can show what can be done  with her?  Is she completely stand alone?  I mean I know I can turn into Victoria (Why when I already have all the Vickie's?)

I know I'm new but can some point me to a good link that can tell me how can I make use of her?

Thanks!!

quietrob - Aiko 3 stuff is incompatible with A4 because it's a completely different figure. If you wanted to put A3 clothes on A4 you would either have to use magnets or use something like Wardrobe Wizard 2, although I'm not sure if she's compatible with that at the moment.
A4 can use V4 clothes (with the A4 magnets from Daz) & her textures because they use the same mesh.

Thanks Stormchaser!  That told me exactly what I needed to know!  Of course it begs the question of why call her Aiko 4 when she pretty much  as nothing to do with Aiko.  Perhaps it's the Manga eyes.

Anyway, much thanks!!!  Now I'll see what clothing converter can do for her.

She's closer to Aiko 3 than Victoria 4 is to Victoria 3, or Victoria 3 to Victoria 2. If you scale Aiko 3 (default) down to 90% or so, she is almost identically shaped to Aiko 3. If you look at the newest series of pictures in my gallery (Ninja vs. Geisha), one of the figures is A3, the other is A4.

The original Aiko was a Vicky 1/2 variant. (V2 is the same mesh as V1, but has tweaked rigging and more morphs) No, I can't say I'm happy about DAZ.

stormchaser and quietrob, Aiko4 is compatabile with Wardrobe Wizard 2. WW2 reads her as a morph of V4.

Thanks for the info SoCalRoberta. Yeah, I should have realised she'd work because she's just a morph target of V4.

I'm using clothing converter from Evil Innocence which works on everything without floppy sleeves (It just can't do a kimono) but this also means buying another license.  This time for V4.  Also most of skin mats are for A3 and I get some bizarre results when applied.

I'll try scaling A4 down to around that 90 percent mark and let you know what I get.

Thanks SoCalRoberta!

Aiko 1 was a morph of the original Stephanie which in turn was a morph of M1's mesh.  If you purchased Aiko 1, you either had to purchase the full pack which included Stephanie or the upgrade which required prior ownership of Stephanie.  Aiko 1 like Stephanie used M1/2 mapping rather than V1/2.

Thx for catching that - you are correct. :)
