hi guys plz
i need an help

i'm buing a new pc  and i must select the graphic card

which is the best solution?

quadro fx570 256 mb 170€
hd3850 512 180€
dd2400 pro 512 55€
hd2400xt 256 55€

atix1650 pro512 with the modded firm that it become
ATI X1x00 in  FireGL professional with 300% perf gained in opengl?

For 3D programs,NVidia,for gaming NVIDIA.But i guarentee everyone has there own opinion on this and most will claim to be experts(; May as well ask whats better Vue,Terragen or Bryce:D And although NVidia is my choice,getting a quatro is essentially useless.Just buy a gaming card and your in like Flynn.

Nvidia for me also, the 800 series would prolly be good enough though, I can't see what you'd gain from a Quadro!!
The 800 series offer up to 756Meg on board RAM, OpenGL capability and DX10 if you want to run a game at any time!

Isn't the graphicscard relatively unimportant in rendering?

I recommend getting a 8800GTX ( incredible prize drop ) now that the 9000ers are on the market which are imo WASTE of money for one who doesn't have a super system.

Yes,graphics card is basically irrelevant for rendering power,but you need it for faster previews,OpenGL ect,which nowdays is basically mandatory.Then you get into the whole DX10 spectrum but useless unless you running Vista.
