...and others, too, of course!!!!:-)

O.K. As the first, I fix the standard, for the scene. Then I create the first terrain, set the size ( in this case, the terrains measurements are 4100-1100-4100 and to 512=ultra-fine ). Then I add a Map for the terrain.  Than I set the position of the Camera.
Origin:      -100 / 1100 / 0
Position :    THE SAME
Rotation:       5 / 90 / 0

Pan V   = 0     FOV   =   60
Pan H  = 0    Scale  = 100

Then I move the first Terrain, away from the camera-position, in direction horizon, until I think it's the right position, for my scene. In this case it is 27000 Bryce-Units far away. The next steps you can see in the pic I add to this thread. I hope you can use it and you understand my english?:-)

PS:edit---I forgot to say, there are 30 Terrains in this scene!!!

Thanks for the short tut and tip, Allibaba. I appreciate it a lot... Don't worry about your English. Your typing is better than those whose native language is English, myself including.

30?  Oh is that all.

I think that's something like the number that I used, but of course I had the camera at a different angle because my focus for the image was the mothership, the city was just a background, or perhaps secondary focus.

If I'd had my camera at a similar angle and height relative to the city blocks the horizon would have been less obvious or probably totally obscured, as it is in your image.

That explains things, I think it was the way you said "terrains all the way to the horizon" that had me puzzled.

Since actually it's just the camera angle that matters... oh and the position of the city blocks of course.

Will post image of my city - with different camera angle - when I've rendered it, Bryce is busy with something else just now...

I just counted, and I had 59 blocks:
