There's the Millenium Dragon lair set at DAZ
And freestuff here has a couple of nice caves too (I like the ones by Trekkiegrll). Search for "cave" in the freestuff section and they'll turn up.

There's also a cave figure included in the dragon lair set. The cave is a figure, not a prop.

Poison has some interesting looking caves among other things .

RDNA's modular tunnels work nicely as caves. They have morphs to add curves and can be strung together. The one I bought inspired me to create the attached image using it.

I know of a really nice cave, but alas I can't even tell you where it is or I'll be banned. Sigh.

That is a nice cave indeed, and I don't think I have that prop/figure.
Getting banned for telling where it is? That would be weird. Maybe you can't link to it, if it's on an adult oriented site, but mentioning that it is there is no problem AFAIK.

I didn't think I was allowed to link to my own products. Well it's at Delta Alpha Zebra. Just search for "cave"

Where's that website?

Dark Corridors by ratracer has a cave -- it renders really well, is very long and deep :)

Some time ago I made a stalactite terrain prop for use in a limestone cave. I never created the cave, but the terrain may be usefull.
