AT LAST!!! Someone who really appreciates modelling in Bryce! My boy, you'll go far!
If I might be so bold as to make a suggestion about this worthy project, have a look for some ref shots of the top of the model. The dome doesn't quite do it for me.
However, outstanding work so far! Stick this in the middle of a nice space-base for full effect :-) (Just kidding)
Can't wait to see the finished article!! :thumbupboth:

LOL, the far away the better eh? Hehehe....
Yes you might be so bold.... the top is of the thatched variety, so it does look a little odd at the moment, but it should look ok when I've found decent textures for it.
As for the SciFi fusion project, I have recently made a satellite and was wondering what to do with it.

This is the work in progress....
All made in Bryce of course, no heresy on this project..... and also in a way my negative reaction to SciFi scenes LOL...... it's not that I hate them, it's just that I prefer creating something that not many do.
Anyway, back to the windmill, it's taken about 4 hours of work so far, and I nearly got stuck trying to work out rotaion values to get the tower right.....
No texturing at the moment, I still have to add some window in the tower, and maybe a few more minor details.
