All I can suggest is that you contact Daz and see if they can put the item in your account. You can get it later maybe .

Why not e-mail it to yourself? If necessary, set up a new (free) e-mail account just for that purpose..

hi all. ive fixed  it. hehe. i  looked through several proxies, and found one, where i could download my file. i went online at my local library, and completed my order!:D happy now
