Yeah, very nice piece.  A story told in glimpses.  You could probably get a similar effect using a light gel, certainly.  Not sure if the shadows would be as sharp though.  Be interesting to see it if you give it a go.  Let us know if you do.

I've had enough time to lick my wounds from the Hard Drive crash... so I think I will start on my Video again.  I will be using a combination for Bryce and Carrara (for Particle effects).

I'd like to experiment and see if I can achieve that effect.
