Hell, it's WAY BETTER than a store! I've been buying stuff from the Renderosity store almost from day 1. It started out crude and simple. Only a few artists posted items for sale. It was almost a charity thing. But as time passed it kept getting better and better and better. Today it is one of the best Poser (etc.) stores there is anywhere. Maybe the very best. I'm not speaking of the items for sale. They range all the way from rank amateur (like me) to ultra-professional. If you want consistently high quality go to DAZ3D. If you want the widest variety of selections, come to Renderosity. But the store, the store (excuse me: The Marketplace) ... there is no store like it. None compares! You have a perpetual order history. You seem to have perpetual downloads (unless an item is removed from the store) (I've never tried it 'cause I've never needed it, but I sure like that it's there in case I ever do need it!). There are a zillion ways to sort thru (and search!) the inventory. You can see three LARGE pictures of what you are window shopping. You can comment on an item. You can contact the artist. You can purchase by cart or by item. Hot damn, it's the best store since Amazon! In fact, it IS the Amazon of 3D model stores. You folks responsible for The Marketplace: give yourselves a BIG pat on the back! Excellent job! bitplayer

it is so good to hear this! after some of the growing pains the store has had (marketplace, rather), this is a very refreshing change. i agree that the admins and mods for the store deserve the highest marks for the job they do, (and for dealing with us vendors G.) I really appreciate the positive comments about the store here also. And I will say this admin team works harder than Any place I have bought from (speaking as a buyer) to make sure people are happy. Not to mention, test and get in the store a tremendous amount of weekly items and handle the emotional rants of us tempermental artists :)It is really nice to see a thread like this that gives them some positive feedback.

I spend just about all the money I make here right back in the store buying up all the cool stuff! I will agree with the original statement EXCEPT for one small point- DAZ3D is no better, and hardly as consistent. Don't be beDAZ'zled, this place is better!
