Nice work.

I fixed the link for you, now it goes to your gallery instead of just an image showing in the browser.

Incog, not being one to pick on someones good work can i just give a little suggestion for that image.
Place a small radial light infront of the child so it causes shadows to cast back behind the child.. no shadows look strange in a great image like that.

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

Well I  gave that a go but it didn't give me a deeper defined shadow from the boy and I just got an obvious lighting affect that destroyed the soft early morning light plus giving me shadows that I didn't need in the scene.

So I turned off textures and found he was floating so I re-sited him..But still no shadow.I had to push him right out of the alley before I got a shadow.However when retexturing the new shadow disappeared.

So I've pushed him back into the edge of the buildings shadow(which fits metaphorically with the idea of Freedom) but keeping one foot on the floor this time.I'll re-render when I've got a clear run tonight.
