I once looked into the software and techniques used by police, etc.,  to create an assumed "close to honest" look of a person when aged.  The stuff was very expensive.  Adding age to a persons face by photoshop or other software is also quite intensive and requires  real skill.

I just looked at the page on the link but will take another look later when there is time.
