Subject: Catwoman for V3

SSAfam1 ( ) posted Sun, 20 April 2008 at 10:38 AM · edited Sun, 06 October 2024 at 1:25 PM

Good day folks.

Was wondering if anyone knew of a Catwoman for V3. I know there's a pussycat for V4 by Pretty3d and Catwoman returns by Khrys in freebie section. Anyone know of any others for V3?

JenX ( ) posted Sun, 20 April 2008 at 10:56 AM

IIRC, there was one at RDNA...let me find it and make sure...

...I can't find it anywhere...so, my other answer is I have no idea, LOL.

Are you looking for a character morph and costume or just the costume?

If you can't find what you're looking for,  draw one up on the picture and we'll get started on your exclusive catwoman freebie.  Are you sure you don't want a character morph as well?

EricJ ( ) posted Sun, 20 April 2008 at 12:57 PM

The RDNA product was "WildCat for V3" by Maveris. It's no longer in the store there. You could always send him or her an e-mail to see if it was available elsewhere.

The wildcat outfit doesn't look like any specific version of catwoman though.

Which version where you looking for?

The classic 60's TV show catwoman.
Her purple costume from the catwoman comicbook (made popular by Balent)
Her current comicbook costume with the goggles
The Michelle Pfeifer (?) costume from Batman2
Or finally the Halle Berry Catwoman version?

Wow a freebie? Thanks so much. You can do a morph if that's not too much trouble. :)

Any of these will do. Whichever is the easiest.

Cool!  How about the basic body shape.  Take the picture of V3 and draw some reference lines as to the body shape you would like.

Great!  Me too.  I'm shaping with magnets,  right now.  It's Lightwave but the magnets work basically the same as Poser's magnets.  Dr Geep has a great tutorial on Poser magnets.

I like using magnets in poser.  I find it is easier than spinning dials because it gives me exactly what I want.  Is this what you pictured for the front?

Very nice. Just alittle bit more for the inner thigh so that it's almost touching.

Traveler said that he is no longer part of the RDNA team and that RDNA doesn't host things for anyone not on the team.

Maveris and Stacey_73 now have their own site.  There isn't much on it. I've tried to register in their forums but can't.  Part of the registration process asks for you to enter in a confirmation code, but I don't see a confirmation code to enter. I've tried 2 browsers and given the site permission in my firewall.  And their contact area says that you can send emails to them, but there are no email addresses listed.

Thanks.  You may want to tweak it though.  Here's the start on the gloves.  How high up the arm would you like them to go.

At the moment I look like Quasimodo's uglier brother with the accent of an enraged bull elephant who smokes too much.  Yes, my "Quit smoking or you will DIE" kinda didn't work out the way I hoped.  And, it being me birthday today, I am only 12 short months away from the big Five Zero.  Oh, woe is me.

Thanks, gang!

We can go drinking wherever the hell you like, Pat.  As I said to a friend earlier, me being part Irish and part ornery, I am celebrating all week. So, wherever we land is wherever we drink.

Sad but true... I'm sitting at me desk in the forums.  Not all bad though because I get to hang with some great people.

Pat, you're a real gentleman.  I'll be having a Guiness or Murphy's.  Ta very much.
