Subject: Falling Petals

PlanetFall ( ) posted Thu, 08 May 2008 at 10:44 PM · edited Sun, 02 February 2025 at 8:52 PM

Hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out a way to create falling petals from the default blossoming cherry tree without having to create three hundred airborn objects.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

You could use alpha images on some flat planes and then turn them into an ecosystem to fake it that way.

What ARE you drinking in your new avatar?  Looks like either Pina Colada, orange juice or banana milkshake ;-)

Actually it is 4 pints,I am just an above average size guy(; They make it with Rum, Triplesec and a bit of Pineapple juice.Quite perfect for this damn heat, but quite a bellyache if mixed with the local curry...
