 Hello, I've paid for the above order

Order#: 111408427
Date: 2008-05-24
Status: Unpaid,Unshipped

using PayPal, but the status in the Orders section reads "Unpaid." In case the Transaction ID is needed, it's  12J678306J242010W

Need help how can i get the download file
