In the Animation Palette, select all the contents of the last frame, then drag the selection to the first frame. Then delete the frames after the first frame (i did that in the main pose window, by changing the number of frames to 1). You should then have the last frame of your anim as the first frame, to which you can then add new frames.
I quickly tried that out, and I think it works.
You might try this.
Use the animation Palette ...
Click and drag around everything in Frame 30
Drag the contents of Frame 30 to the left all the way to Frame1
Now select total frames and change it to 1.
Now you can change the total frames back to 30 and start over, n'est pas?

Maybe I missed something obvious, because this almost seem like a no-brainer...
I am creating a long animation, saving each 2... to 4.... second section as a new poser scene file. What I wish I could do is this...take a file of lets say 30 frames, and eliminate the first 29 frames and re-save as the "next file" ( now I would have a single frame file instead of an animation, but with all charactors/props/camera starting out exactly where they ended in the final frame of the last file.)From here I could add new frames.
Unfortuntely, I can only delete frames from the end of an animation. Are there any work arounds for this?
