I was just browsing the site and thought I'd check out the blogs. I was suprised at how few of them have any responses. Does anyone actually read them? Maybe the blog pages need to be enhanced more to make them seem more interesting, like you can do with your homepage. Perhaps they'd get used/read more.

Or perhaps the Rendro team could do a feature on all the Features that are available on this site - I bet they don't get used as much as they could or people are just not aware of them.

Yeah, I'm a Rendro fan;)

We do have it on our list to do some enhancements to the blog section that hopefully will make it stand out more.

I like your idea of the Features that are available here feature:)  Thanks for the suggestion.

I heard somewhere that on any site the average number of times a blog is read is ONE

Don't know where those stats are from - they couldn't have checked out Blogger.com or Wordpress....:)

I just read mr.wonderful, darwin and arrowhead's blogs.  I reckon I would have
the usual suggestion: give 'em store credits to encourage any particular activity,
whether it be commenting on blogs, criticism, posting freebies et al.

Infact I enjoy reading them. Some of them have revealed things I'd never known or would have guessed about this or that member.

There is alot you can tell about people, just from the choice of words that they use.

I can agree with that.

I have a blog here but haven't added anything to it for months. A few got comments, but not many, and I found that so many of the blogs here were being used for purposes of people advertising their stores, that I gave up reading the blogs.
