Subject: Are there good free hosting sites that will alow the transfer of ZIP files?

I was wondering which sites are good for the use of transfering ZIP files of 10 megs and less. I am asking as I have been having troubles with my current server and would like an alternate option for the hosting free downloads and for transfering files to my beta testers. Thanks. Deimos.

Dont Bother, ALL of the "free" Hosts will restrict your bandwidth usage and cancel you if you post direct links to file on their servers for download Do yourself a BIG favor , If you want do serious business on the web, buy some web space from a real provider these free host dont want you to do anything beyond creating a new place to display their Banner/pop-up ads Just my experience Mocap

Homestead is used by some of the items in freestuff here. You can transfer zips. Their is a bandwidth limitation perhaps.

Homestead is changing into a pay site very soon. All those millions of people who have free sites at Homestead will have to pay or lose their sites. And what Mocap said.
