How do you create Vampire teeth for V 4.2?

Select the Head ->Morphs ++ -> Mouth -> TeethCanineSharpTop & TeethCanineSharpBottom.
 Dial those and you'll get Vampire teeth.  You may have to open the mouth first so you can see but that'll do it.
