I bought GroBoto Software from the special offer by Smithmicro. Well, I got the downloadlink, but no registration key. "Write to cs-at- smithmicro.com and ask for it."
So I have done - twice - but I haven´t gotten the registraion number nor an answer.

Haha, if I haven´t gotten this f*** code within 3-4 days, I´ll call my money back. That´s easy to do with my card g.
But in fact I like to use this programme, and so.......:-(

I have the same problem. I bought GroBoto yesterday, recieved no serial No. so I emailed their customer services........NOTHING!

Are you still waiting for your serial too? Still nothing from Smithmicro.Isn´t it great to buy a download version to use it at once???
It´s just ironics that SM is wrtiting loudmouthed on their website "Happy to help with night and day service" and than they don´t send a urgent serial key which we already have payed. That´s really a deceptive business acts.

I sent a mail to the team of GroBoto, and they wasn´t very pleased to hear about our trouble with SM at all. They try to help us.

What is GroBoto?
Is it just for Macs?

It´s a great programme for 3D. You may have look on this side http://www.groboto.com/
It´s for PC and Mac.
It was a special offer at SM, but till now I haven´t got the serial. So if you like it, buy at the original store.

I might have to do the trial version so I can actually see what it does. The gallery renders are good but till I try something I ain't sold!

Well i've given up waiting for my serial from SM, I just re-purchased the software from the software originator and i'll re call the SM payment  from visa! Pretty crappy service from SM! Never mind, I love the GroBoto program....very original I think!

I think I´ll do the same if there will be no serial till tomorrow.

There was a small issue with Groboto on the Digital River store for Smith Micro.  Customer Service is quickly getting back to everyone individually, and we thank you for your patience.  This product is also now available on the CP store for your convenience.  My apologies for the problems, we are trying to get them remedied very quickly.

Groboto is a 3D tool and people here are interested not just in Poser.

There is no "Other 3D Progy" Forum ,so I only can ask in a forum where I think that other members maybe had bought the same software. Mainly I talked about SM probleme and not about the software.
SM sells Poser too g.
